So last night I was experiencing a craving I go through every six months or so, and that is a longing for the Friendly’s staple, their Fribble milkshake. So as any self respecting designer would do, I did a quick search to see WHO killed it with an illustration with this uhm, pun? It turns out nobody had, so I felt the need to carry the flag. Now only if this could parlay an invite to the best of the best. One day, right?

This tee design will be available November 21, 2012 (and beyond?) at the River City Extension hometown show at The Stone Pony in Asbury Park, NJ. All of the proceeds will be donated to helping those affected regain some footing after the losses they have/are enduring. My buddy Rob has an important show coming up with his band Breathing Blue that could prove pivotal in the advancement of their future as musicians. I haven’t had the chance to see them perform their energetic brand of rock music in quite a while, but I completely endorse checking out one of their shows as soon as possible. Their chemistry coupled with performing tight sets time and time again is refreshing to see with so many gimmicks making their rounds these days. The last week or so this situation has been brought back to light (for me) due to the fact that it merely was the subject matter of a new song/release by the revitalized punk band Desaparecidos. However, this has been an ongoing situation for about four years depending on which of the issues you follow, be it the creation of a Tent City outdoor pirson facility in Arizona, or the anti-immigration laws being executed by Joe Arpaio.
I will include a couple of links that can articulate and organize the practices much better than I can, who merely was giving himself a project to do on his day off from a part-time job.

I recall that I spent far too much time one afternoon trying to make this work. A couple of minor liberties were taken for sake of completion, but c’mon sud.
